The Netherlands has launched Phase Two of its Land-at-Scale programme (2026–2033) with a €47.5M budget, expanding to 33 countries. The initiative prioritises inclusive, locally-driven land governance projects that strengthen tenure security, promote sustainable land use, and support socio-economic development. Dutch embassies and partners are invited to submit proposals, fostering collaboration across governments, civil society, and international stakeholders.
