The Real Test of COP30 Is Governance, Not the Size of Its Pledges
Global climate finance has grown dramatically, yet too little reaches the communities most capable of delivering impact. This editorial argues for a decisive shift: simplify access, invest in community capacity, and build funding models that reward long-term, locally anchored results.
